Where can I spend my gift card?

You can redeem your Gift Card instore at our Gorey Co.Wexford showroom or online at brackeninteriors.ie, at the cart or checkout page.

Where can I find my gift code to use online or in-store?

After purchasing a gift code online, you will receive an order confirmation email containing an 12-digit code (e.g., 7170-2145-4042). We will also mail you a gift voucher receipt with this printed code to share with family and friends.

How can I redeem my Gift Card on an online order?

Simply add your chosen products to the cart. At checkout page, enter your gift card code  into the Coupon box, and the amount will be deducted from your order total.

How can I redeem my voucher in-store?

Bring either your printed gift voucher or the email containing the 12-digit code to the store, and we can deduct this amount from your in-store order.

What should I do if I have an issue with my gift card?

Is there an expiry date on my voucher?

Vouchers expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
